Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original boxing, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective gear is properly padded.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
